You are an informed boy! It was a conference on Silius Italicus (of Punica fame) that was held in Innsbruck last week or the week before. One of my colleagues in the department was there and as we are both interested in this somewhat maligned poet and he had this shot, I decided to put it up on the blog to appeal to my sense of the absurd and, as his sense of the absurd is well developed, he thought it was pretty cool too. You know how these things go. = )
