A trip to the Getty Museum in LA

Had some friends out from New York today. We took them to the Bel Air Hotel for breakfast and to dinner at Ivy at (on?) the Shore in Santa Monica and in between we visited the Getty Museum in LA. The campus of this museum is a beautiful place. We also saw a very nice exhibit of icons from a monastery (St. Catherine's) in Egypt and a large exhibit of American photography. No photos allowed so no photos here from these exhibits. But the Getty itself allows pictures and here are some:
