Korinth Notes and Akrokorinth

A few words on Korinth (which I was not able post with the pictures in the post below):

Korinth is a complicated site full of many layers and much Roman stuff (which I of course found congenial). It is an exuberant site. The money that was spent on making this a major "kitty" place in the 1st and 2nd centuries AD boggles the mind. I will enjoy returning to it in years to come and will have much to say about it on those occasions.
